I loved the warm and friendly staff, who always addressed me by name and made me feel welcome. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location in the city center made it easy to get around and reach the high-speed railway station.

Great service, very helpful staff that were kind and accommodating. Good location in the city, close to many shops and restaurants. Rooms were modern and well-designed, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The hotel also had a really nice executive lounge with good food and drink options.

Some inconsistencies with the air conditioning. The temperature sometimes fluctuated more than we would have liked.

The location of the hotel is not convenient and is far from the high-speed railway station. Although the service is satisfactory, the staff has difficulty communicating in English.

The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, and the bed was quite comfortable too. the bar had a decent selection of drinks.

The location was inconvenient and there were no Christmas festivities offered by the hotel, making it feel like any other day.
